Sleep is a basic human need

Sleep is vital to participate in your daily occupations because it requires physical and mental energy. When your child has poor sleep habits, it can lead to your child’s potential health risks and problems. When your child has a decrease of just one hour of sleep, it can have a negative influence on your child’s emotional functioning, behavior, and cognitive skills. Your child’s ability to perform in school and think clearly suffers. As the parent, your ability to produce quality work in the workplace also suffers.

We all know that when we’re tired, we’re cranky. Crankiness is taken out on the relationships closest to us. In 2006, The Institute of Medicine declared sleep deprivation to be a public health issue! Sleep is essential your health and well-being. Sleep is just as important as a healthy diet and a loving home.

Don’t suffer any longer. Are you ready to get started on your journey to better sleep? Book a FREE 15-minute discovery call today.
